  1. Great way to find direction in your day in a pragmatic way


    I really recommend it if you can understand the message that LifeOS speaks but struggle to bring it to your day by day life. As you start reflecting about your daily experiences in a daily basis, it’s possible to see deeper motivations behind it and the ways you can work with it in a productive way.

    After Focus Control Challenge, this one gave me more practical habbits to take control of my life. I really recommend doing it after Focus Control and Design Your Destiny if you want to save time with unimportant replections about who you are.
