I think all to often we get caught up in going about our day, doing what we do, and arriving at our beds at night completely oblivious to how exactly we got there. So my challenge to you is to ask a simple question: What are you going to do about that.
Anytime something comes up:
Anger
Sadness
Frustration
Someone did something you didn’t like
Some did something you did like
You’re caught between two choices
There’s a skill you want to learn
Anxiety
You’re not doing as well at your job
Your house is a messWhatever it is: What are you going to do about that?
Maybe it’s nothing at all. “God give us the serenity to accept the things we cannot change.” Maybe it’s something you can’t. Somethings you just have to let be. But maybe it’s something you can. So get to work, write it down and come up with a plan to change it.
