Its like living your life with your hand out waiting rather than taking anything you want anytime you want. Why did I lose my friends - Fakery Why did I attend school in Florida - Fakery Why do I feel like shit - Fakery Why haven't I felt like myself in over 15 years - Fakery Why did those women leave - Fakery Why do some people try me and see me as a pushover - Fakery I finally know what 'Real' is and have seen why so many were attracted to me before my fake sabbatical. The old Anthony everyone loves is on his way back from Fake Town. Watch Out!!!! A lot of mother fuckers are gonna be upset, but they can go suck a fat dick with aids on the tip. I haven't said that in years. Oh my God. If you're ready for people to see and experience the real you take this course. Jesus Christ Leigh you must be a genius.

At first I was a bit hesitant taking on this course. My life was good, however, I felt like it here could be… “more”. After taking the plunge, I quickly uncovered the little things that were essential to my day to day happiness, and a deeper understanding of what was truely important to me. The course then allowed me to take these insights and make real changes to my life. Now, years later, I look at far I’ve come and I often have to pinch myself. I have a dream job that just keeps getting better and better, an amazing relationship full of vitality and joy, and a community of friends that I adore. My life has a momentum to it that feels unstoppable, and its been a shit-ton of fun along the way.

Uncover Your Core

Really recommend it to go deep in your daily experiences to remove what's holding you back 5

Before the course: I was familiar with LifeOS main concepts to change life experience, but I was feeling I was stagnated, facing same issues for some time. I was looking for a way to go beyond this limitations because deep inside I knew I had more potential to unlock in my life. During the course: I got suprised on how I was missing the point of really bringing context to my actions in my day to really understand then and my deep motivations. I got a little scared in the first modules on how I was not being fully honest with myself as I though I was. After it, each module opened a door of possibilities to expand or change my experiences. After the course: I'm feeling connected to the reality, like I can check each bad experience I have and discover what I need to change to achieve my goals. I brought this exercise to my life several times during the day and now I have a clear path on what I need to change and do to achieve my goals. I really recommend to go as deep as you can on it, because you get surprised on how much complexity you can left behind in your life!

Self Reflection Challenge

Great way to find direction in your day in a pragmatic way 5

I really recommend it if you can understand the message that LifeOS speaks but struggle to bring it to your day by day life. As you start reflecting about your daily experiences in a daily basis, it's possible to see deeper motivations behind it and the ways you can work with it in a productive way. After Focus Control Challenge, this one gave me more practical habbits to take control of my life. I really recommend doing it after Focus Control and Design Your Destiny if you want to save time with unimportant replections about who you are.

I recommend taking this challenge. As someone who deals with hyperactive energy and anxiety, I could easily feel myself slow down and being more self-aware with the guided-meditation; as well as any issue that you may have - the Life OS instructors are there to assist you.
