Take control of your life! 5I loved Design Your Destiny! Before the course, I've been stuck with my life experience for some months. In the surface it was ok, but I was not really satisfied with how things were going. I felt few control and direction in my daily activities, I was getting lost with bad habits as excess of social media, being lazy to do what I had to do, not being really honest with myself about my deep desires and paying too much atention to what other people were saying. During the course, I started feeling independent, directed and capable of making changes I'd felt I couldn't do some weeks ago. The noise of other peoples voices and thoughts was loosing importance in my life. I could start producing more at work, enjoying more my free time, being more real in social events with friends and women. I also started not paying much attention to bad habits I was used to have. I was creating a really solid basis upon were I could make choices more consciously. After the course, It feels amazing. In DYD, you're invited to develop new habits and naturally start changing your focus towards your life. Looking for what is just good is not satisfying now, I feel free to look for what's great because now I have a standard to basis my experience of life, so I feel I'm in control of it. Bad habits are empty now when I involve myself with them. And making my time produtive and important for myself is a clear priority now. DYD allows you to experience a calm sense of direction and serenity that gives new flavor to your life. If you're not satisfied with your experience of life and maybe have a notion of what you need to do but it doesn't convince yourself of where you want to go, enroll DYD and commit yourself 100% to this course. It's worthy!
LuizFocus Control Challenge
Relax, take control of yourr focus and enjoy yourself! 5If you have tendency of overthinking a lot about things, gets lost in thoughts and unfulfilling activities, consider doing this challenge. I chosed the advanced way and it was amazing. Before the challenge: I have been meditating for some months, but felt my experience was getting stuck, it was not changing. I also had a hidden tendency of not accepting some emotions as fear and guilt. I was used to have lots of thoughts during the day that didn't get me near to where I wanted. During the challenge: I started feeling a different and deeper trance while experiencing the 1 hour meditations. It surprised me how things could change while meditating. I started enjoying being in silence, just existing. I was getting used to deal with my emotions and my thoughts, somehow they were not me, but another part of me. After the challenge: I feel I'm in control of my focus. I'm familiar to my emotions in all its genres. I choose to be in silence many times during the day now, because it feels good. I'm more comfortable with myself. I also experienced some great side effects: My productivity increased a lot and I feel less fear while starting new projects. I'm calmer dealing with uncertainties, somehow I'm trusting more in myself. Spontaneously I'm choosing to focus on what matters for me, to spend my time in better ways during the day.
Become aware of your influence in the world 5I enjoyed the perspective this challenge gives. I had some notions of ownership, but I couldn't see how it works in some aspects of my life. Committing 14 days to it in the Advanced mode was a great experience to see it in the areas I couldn't perceive this. Before the challenge: I used to assume responsibilities that were out of my control in work and in social life. I felt almost 100% of the results I had in this areas were determined only by myself. In other areas, as free time, it was the opposite: I used to assume few responsibilities for my contributions. The result of this combination was that I was lost about where should I focus to make difference in my life. I got myself giving less importance to my free time and more importance to work and social life so I could maintain a better feeling of power in my life. During the challenge: I became more pragmatic to deal with several situations. I started focusing just on how could I contribute to the outcomes and paying less attention to other contributions. I started feeling more independent and real. I also started selecting more the people I wanted to relate and the subjects we talked about. There were times I felt I couldn't deal with the tension to change subjects, or spaeking my truth to people, but I felt it was better doing what is right, what is my truth, so I found more space where I could be myself and turn down the volume of thoughts that distracted myself from what was right in the moment. After the challenge: I feel I'm in control of my destiny. I'm aware of where and how I can influence tasks in all my life to the outcomes I want. I'm more honest and real with people, but also more caring about them. This idea of the influence I can have in any situation makes me feel comfortable with myself. I'm also valuing more my free time, being more responsible and achieving more. A message that got clear in my mind was that the time I lose with not taking the right action towards the future I want to create can will never come back, it's lost forever. Ownership challenge made me compromise even more to create the future I want to create. I really recommend it if you feel lost with the contribuitions you give to any situation in your life and are willing to make a change.
LuizTough Conversation Challenge
Focus on what matters 5If you are afraid of having sincere conversations with people in general and want to change it, I recommend to read this article http://my.lifeoperatingsystem.com/how-to-improve-communication-skills/ and doing this challenge after it. Before the challenge: I was insecure about a single event with my father, thinking about all the possible ways I made him feel bad and was unfair with him. I was lost in my thoughts and in my fears about an especific event that happened some years ago. I also didn't have a relatioship with my father that was emotionally open. After the challenge: I allowed myself to have my thoughts and insecurities and I'm looking for ways to see what reality has to say to me. It means doing what has to be done, being empatethic and open when having this kind of conversations. This challenge made me realize that when dealing with people, it's better focusing on what reality is than focusing on what you think it is. Now I'm feeling connected with my father in a way that I haven't experienced before.
LuizSelf Awareness Challenge
Be aware of who you are 5I recomend this challenge if you haven't done Design Your Destiny yet and are willing to know yourself better, focusing on who you really are. I had done DYD before the challenge and I think it had a bigger impact than this challenge for myself. I see that 3/4 of what you can discover in this challenge you will discover in DYD in a more pragmatic way, somehow with a different focus. This challenge made me take a step back from my life and analyse what are the drivers in all areas of my life. It's really good if you want to be more conscious of who you are but don't feel prepared to take action immediately.
